Shipping

For all pre-orders: we expect to receive our first shipment the week of August 1st. We plan to ship all orders that first weekend of August. And we will communicate any changes via email.

Return Policy

Matching has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after your item has been shipped to request a return. Returns will only be accepted if item is unworn and in original packaging. We have a $12.00 shipping and handling fee to process any returns. This will be deducted from your refund, which will be processed once it is delivered and reviewed by us.

Every Matching collection is a limited drop, so exchanges are offered only while supplies last. You can email us shopmatchclub@gmail.com to request a potential exchange. If you choose to exchange for size, there will be an $8.00 shipping and handling fee included.

What if an item is sold out?

All of our collections are made ONCE. So if it says sold out, unfortunately, that means it is sold out. But sign up for our email list to be the first to know about our next collection.

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order allows you to purchase before the official launch date. Each of our collections is only made once and in small batches, so if you know that you want one, please be sure to place a pre-order!

How do I make a change to my order?

If you want to make any changes to your order, please email shopmatchclub@gmail.com and we will assist as best we can.

Can I return my order?

We accept items if they comply with our shipping and returns policy. You can review those here.

Where do you ship to?

We only ship within the US right now.

Where are your pj's made?

Our pajamas are designed in New York City with our local partner in the Garment District, and made with our partner in China.
